Yes. To reserve your design week, full payment is required at the time of booking. This ensures your spot is locked in and I can dedicate that time entirely to you and your project — no juggling, no delays.
You’ll receive a contract to sign so that both parties are protected and expectations are clear.
What will be customized
I’ll update the website using your brand colours, fonts, and images, and make minor changes to the layout to align with your business goals.
Anything beyond that may require a custom project.
What if I don’t have my content or images ready?
To keep things running smoothly, I’ll send over a simple content prep guide after you book. It walks you through everything you need to provide. I’ll also check in before your design week starts to make sure you’re good to go.
Can I make changes to the layout?
Yes. Minor layout adjustments are included to align with your goals and content. However, this service is built on a customizable template, so design changes are kept minimal. If you’re looking for more complex design or advanced features, my custom design package may be a better fit.
Will I be able to update my site after?
Yes! You’ll have full access to your site and can update it anytime. I include a live walkthrough so you know exactly how to update your site and make changes .
Do you offer maintenance support post-launch?
Yes. I offer support services for updates and general maintenance as a separate service. If you need help managing your site after launch, feel free to include such in the booking form.
